This water cooler is very impressive! The 5 or 3 gallon jugs go in the bottom of the unit standing up, so water reloads are super easy. Very cold water! The stainless finishes are top notch and really makes it work in just about any kitchen! Compared to what's on the market around us this is by far the best choice overall.
