Opened the inside box to find glass shards from the light bulbs everywhere, which was super disappointing. Aside from that, they work great!

Good sized, love the muted shades of black with soft orangy glow...only had to change tge light bulb one time so far,and both lamps have been on for months...

Hello I was told on the package to not write a negative review but I tried contacting customer support and I was told I have to send the whole Himalayan salt lamp back to get a replacement for the cord that is NOT working I TESTED this theory by using the bulbs on the other cord and it works fine! I find this to be really irritating and I would like a replacement for the cord that I received that is damaged.Can I please have some help?

Gray salt lamps are not meant to be bright. These salt lamps are beautiful. They are a perfect night light. They glow a gray orange color. The dimmer switch works perfectly. If the light gets too hot, you can dim the switch. The switch does not get hot. I was hoping these lamps would be a little bit bigger, but they are within the range stated. They are a bit shorter than what I wanted, but again they give you a range. My extra bulbs were missing, so I contacted the company. It took them a few days, but they responded. They shipped me out 6 brand-new bulbs - well-packaged. I am very pleased and would recommend these.
