The original Screamin' Demon pickup was a humbucker designed for George lynch. Seymour Duncan has followed it's success with a single coil version, the Li'l Screamin' Demon for Strat. This high gain single coil is noiseless and has a big percussive sound with excellent harmonics. It cleans up nicely when the volume control is backed off. If you need a Strat style pickup with balls and both sustain and harmonic content, this is a good choice.

Literally the tone in Green Day’s Dookie album. Crunchy, full and angry with lush mids and a hint of twang if you it it hard. I recommend e tuning, down a half step.
