Awesome sound, dead silent. One strange thing though : I can't seem to get the pole pieces low enough to be flush with the cover. They only screw down so far, and won't go any lower. I'd like to make them flush and measure the pickup height from the cover to the strings , but as is I have to set the pickup lower and then raise and measure from each individual screw. I've never run into this with any other pickup, including the old normal phat cats.I suppose I could get them all the way out and file them shorter, but I'd rather not do all that.
