About this item

  • 【Why Choose Us?】In order to ensure the stability of the joint and the base, we have abandoned the threaded connection method commonly used in the market, and instead choose our current connection method. The way we connect - the slightly larger part and the slightly smaller part are connected to each other, increasing the friction for better stability. It can better cope with the weight of multiple shade sails and strong winds.
  • 【Thick Strength】The shade sail poles are composed of three sections of high-strength mild steel pipes with a diameter of three inches, which can fully support the weight of multiple shade sails, and with fine coated, it can completely resist the strong wind and rain of daily life.
  • 【Suitable Height】When you order a Miveda sun sail pole, you will receive a three sections pole, which you can install in two or a full three-part according to your own needs. The height is 6.6 feet with two sections and 9.9 feet with three fully installed, enough to hang multiple shade sails and other trims you want.
  • 【Associated Accessories】To suit a variety of terrain and suspension needs, we also have two accessories to choose from. Use poles base - even gardens can use shade masts for better stability. Use poles clamp - more shade sails can be hung to make your shade sails look more staggered and provide better shade.
  • 【Suitable for Various Scenarios】The sun sail pole can be installed not only on various hard grounds, but also on grass (need to pour cement in advance to install the footing cage). Shade poles are ideal for gardens, backyards, patios, swimming pools, and more. You can also use them to hang string lights to add sparkle to your home in winter when shade sails are not needed.

I was very impressed by the quality of this pole for my sale shades. Do note it only comes with one pole, but that's all I need because I was able to use a tree and corner of the house to attach the shade. Will see how long it lasts with time, but I am ready for the sun and summer!

I have to admit that I thought I was getting two poles rather than one when I placed this order. But as it turns out, the one pole is going to work just fine for me. This is a seriously thick metal pole, much heftier than I had expected. I am going to lash two sides of the triangular shade sail to palm trees with the pole supporting the third corner. Once I have poured the concrete pad, the rest is a breeze. Even with the winds we encounter here in the desert, I think this pole will hold. Happy so far with this product, but will edit if concerns arise in the future.

I got this pole to replace a shorter post that we used last summer for our shade sail. We have not had a chance to get this one installed yet, since we are expecting snow again this weekend and I need to install a tube of concrete. Anyway, I unpackaged it and I have to say, I was NOT prepared for just how beefy this shade sail pole would be. It is heavy duty and made to last, especially when installed correctly. I'm really glad that it comes in sections, otherwise I would not be able to carry it by myself. It comes with all the hardware and is designed to be anchored to concrete. I look forward to having the added height for my shade sail.

I needed to add some shade to my deck without putting it a full-sized pergola or gazebo. These poles are a great way to do that.

This is almost 10’ tall and has bolt attachments to go into a concrete pad. Where I wanted to place it was in the dirt, so I dug a hole and put in a concrete pad and sunk the bolts in for a perfect fit. This is a very sturdy pole once it is set up. At this time I only wanted to put up strings of lights so it might be a bit of overkill, but eventually I may want to add a shade sail and get additional poles, instead of using eye bolts in the stucco columns of my backyard porch. I’m guessing I would need the additional poles to avoid tearing out the eyebolts from the stucco.

Sturdy and easy to install. Dug a hole about a foot deep, then packed dirt back around it firmly while watering it down for further compaction. I also filled the end of the pole with gravel - I’m not sure if this helps but oh well. After about a week, I attached my sail to it and it is holding firmly. I get a LOT of wind so it has been tested quite a lot.
