For years I’ve had little things from trips—train tickets, wristbands, shells from beaches—all in random drawers. I got this shadow box to pull it all together, and now it’s a centerpiece on my wall. The brown finish gives off a relaxed, earthy feel that fits with the rest of my decor. What I really appreciate is the flexible setup. Took out one shelf, left the other, and got to arrange stuff exactly how I wanted. The acrylic front panel is surprisingly clear, so you can actually see the items without any glare. I used the included rope to hang it, and it sits flat and steady.

I like the top slot—it makes it simple to drop in movie stubs or travel trinkets without opening the whole thing every time. The texture of the linen back adds a nice touch without drawing too much attention away from what’s inside. I took the shelves out to make more space for a folded flag and some photos. The clear front is smooth, not that cheap kind that looks all blurry. The wood doesn’t feel fake or plastic-y either.

I was a bit nervous getting this because on some of the product photos, it does not show the metal fittings being attached to the wooden box. So I worried it may require me to hammer in the fittings myself. I am not exactly handy and would probably end up hammering in the nails too much, or getting the measurements wrong so its crooked. I was relieved when I got it that most of the hardware are already attached. Wheww. They do include hardware for putting in the wall, but my guess is that most people won’t be using it as they don’t want to devalue their homes, or pay for apartment damage. Personally I am using it at my door entrywall to hang earrings. So I can actually see and wear my jewelry collection.What I like about this:✅ Affordable✅ Plexiglass so not dangerous✅ Good size and the right weight✅ Versatile. Can use to hang dainty jewelry or momentos.✅ Goes with so many decor themes. Vintage, farmhouse, etc.

I needed a shadow box to make a memorial for my cats. This box is very well made and beautiful. It’s exceptional. I don’t think you can beat it. I’m not sure how it is at such a low price point. I think it would be reasonable at double the price. I’m very happy with it and you probably will be too.

Nice size shadow box that has a removable shelf. It has a fabric backing inside the box and comes with pushpins to hold your mementos in place and has hardware to hang the box. It has sawtooth hangers already attached to the back which is handy. The jute cord that is already attached to it is kind of flimsy and I will be replacing it with either a chain or stronger cord. It has a nice brass hinge that closes smoothly. Very nice.

I ordered this shadow box to display an art piece I received from work as an award. If you have something to display that would fit in the dimensions of this box, this box is perfect. There was enough room to fit the art piece and the shelf that comes with the shadow box, so I added another smaller award that I received and put it on the shelf. It looks great. I have the box sitting on my bookshelf, but it does have string and hooks on the back for different hanging options. This is a really nice, well-made shadow box that looks great and serves its purpose. Highly recommend!
