I'm 5' and have had a difficult time finding a half slip short enough to wear under my dresses without showing. The length of this one is GREAT and gives me confidence in knowing I have the coverage I need without worrying about the slip "peeking out." I'm very happy with my purchase!

Order up at least 2 to 3 sizes. This slip is short and small. I like to wear a 15" slip with summer skirts. I normally buy Vanity Fair or Vaserette. This was inexpensive and it's really cheaply made and isn't anywhere as nice as the others.

Being 5'2, I needed a short half slip for a see-through white mini sundress. As mentioned before, short half slips are nonexistent in stores. I am very pleased to have found this one. After ordering one in white, I read many reviews stating that it barely covers your backside, is too sheer, and runs small around the waist. To my regret, I assumed I would have to return it for these reasons.NOT. It is PERFECT! Exactly what I needed. I ordered a large, which is my normal size. It is very comfortable, not too tight, not too sheer, and is the perfect length! I am a happy camper!

I wanted the slip to go under clingy tunics that stick to my leggings. The slip is a good weight and the fabric is nice. It's a nice design. Amazon suggested size medium, so that's what I got. It fits, but just barely.The slip is not 15" long as advertised. Even including the lace at the bottom, it is barely 14" long. I haven't worn it yet so I don't know if it will work for my purpose.

A little disappointed in the overall fit and comfort. The elastic at the waist is very scratchy and uncomfortable. It’s a little tight at waistline though I ordered according to measurements. I had to keep it because I needed it to wear the next day.

It fit perfect true to size. I’m a small and I wanted it for those shorter summer dresses. Well made and comfortable. You can’t find slips any where. So happy to have bought this one.

I just wanted a plain slip to wear under a slightly thin dress. So many options were those awful shaping slips that I wasn't even about to consider in this 90+ degree summer. This one is just like the one you probably had growing up. It's not beautiful and won't smooth a darn thing, but it does what's needed. It kept my dress from being see-through and from getting all static-y. The length was just right for me at 5'3. I found I could let it ride higher or low depending on what the outfit required. It was perfectly modest, which is what I was seeking for under my work clothing.

This is a slip such as one could find anywhere a decade or more ago, before spandex and super-tight skirts/dresses were the style. Slips were designed to insure modesty and a non-stick fit. I am delighted that one can still find a slip like this, short of going to one of the really pricey department stores. I love the fact it is very short, as I am petite/slim and, in spite of my age, still wear at-knee or slightly above length in clothes. One caveat: sizes on half slips have always been odd. I wear a 4 or 6 dress, but need a LARGE in a half slip, even in a store. I checked "fit as expected" because this strange size variance IS what I expected. So if you're new to half slips, order up!

This slip is perfect. It's quite short, but so are the dresses I intend to wear with it. The lace on the bottom is a nice touch in case it peeps out from underneath. I'm 5' 8.5" and 160 lbs right now. I usually wear anything from a size 8 to 12 and this slip fits just right. It's not a dramatic A-line shape, so it stays pretty close to the body, which is what I wanted. However, it has a little too much material to wear under a pencil skirt or super fitted dress. The elastic top doesn't pinch, but it also doesn't fall down throughout the day.
