I owned my sweeper for over 10 years, but the bottom of the pole broke glad I could find a replacement. I study for a week trying to figure out how to remove the old one while I was waiting on the new one to arrive. Luckily, I caught someone said there was a way to push in a tab between the ribs and then it was easy.

It fits perfect and snaps right in place. When I took out of the package it looked shorter. So I compared and it is shorter. But guess what fits perfect did not need the extra length. Thanks

The handle broke off of our Shark sweeper, and new ones are some three times more expensive than our present one cost and . . . the repair part was only about $8. By the time it arrived, I had extracted the stub of the old handle remnant, and, after studying the repair part for a small time, I had it installed quickly and easily. I find this much more satisfying than the typical "remove, throw away, and replace" operation.
