You're simply not going to find better permanent markers than Sharpie! They last a very long time, function perfectly, does not dry out quickly, the thickness is just right, and the value is built into its many uses and longevity!

You can’t go wrong with Sharpie markers. I like the way it feels in my hand and the strong color that comes out. Sharpie is a reliable brand that I have used for so many years.

I use these Sharpie markers on masking tape for labeling food where I can not tell its contents, those wrapped in foil or leftovers in plastic and labeling foods in the freezer. I am sure there are fancier labeling devices but fine point markers on masking tape works for me. Does it have to be a red maker, of course not, but I am using this combo for many years.
