Attention:
- The power cord between power brick and DC plug will lead to 0.4V~0.6V voltage drop, so we designed the screen displayed voltage was 4V~24.5V. Only in this way can your device really get 9V~36V voltage. This is the reason why we advertise the power supply's voltage range is 3.5V~24V, not 4V~24.5V.
Caution:
- The 4cm short black power cord is a reverse polarity converter, not extension wire. It is used to reverse the original polarity of the power supply output port ( reverse the internal positive pole to negative , and the external negative pole to positive). Please confirm the polarity of your devicesโ power port before use. If the positive and negative poles are reversed, it will cause short circuit and damage your device.
Is this 3.5~24V 144W universal power supply (PS) compatible with your device?
1. Check Voltage
Please find the spec label of your device and check the working voltage. It should be among 3.5V~24V DC, not lower than 3.5V or higher than 24V DC. Otherwise, your device will not work or be damaged.
2. Check Current
Check the max current your device will draw. It should be equal to or less than 6A, such as 1A, 2A,3A,4A, 5A, 6A. Otherwise, your device wonโt work well and the PS will be damaged very soon.
3. Check Plugs
Check the power input port of your device. The PS is equipped with 14 pcs frequently-used DC tips. Please confirm wether it fits for your device before buy. If you can 't confirm, please measure it with a ruler.
4. Check Original PS
If you have a original power supply for reference, their output voltage, plug size, polarity should be the same . If our PSโs current is equal to or higher than original oneโs, then our PS will work with your device.

Did not come with an adaptor for the US power plug. For such a high price, it could have included a simple/cheap adaptor. It really should have been manufactured with an AU plug. The ad did say AU version and I saw Australian customer reviews. Did I get the wrong one? A basic oversight deserves a poor review unfortunately.

I really appreciate this power supply. I was programming led strips of 5 and 12 volts and it was nice to run each off of the same power supply while just turning the dial each time to the right voltage.

I have 10 wired LED porch lights in front of my house. I purchased this to power them. The adjustable power pack was perfect for this. I set it a bit lower than required to make the lights just bright enough to keep the lighting subtle but nice.

The rheostat(voltage knob) will let you choose any voltage, but does not lock into any setting. This is good if you ant some decimal voltage like 12.3, but not good if you want it to stay on the voltage you picked, as anytime it is bumped the voltage can change.

i am very happy with this converter , with the exception of the dc terminal connector ( which is of very poor quality). it is hard to get a good connection with it , the wires pull out very easily even when you have the screws tightened right down. i would recommend the manufacturer either build it of much better quality or else just have one with pigtail wires , so that you can get a proper connection.

The cable for this transformer only has two wires but for some reason there's a three prong plug. It doesn't really make much sense. I presume the grounding prong is not used, but a weird design nonetheless.
