Plant is gorgeous looks just like the picture doing well today has a very thick stem it looks like it's going to make it and be a beautiful plant

I was so disappointed when I opened this. The dirt was all over the box, which isn't the shippers fault. That happens. As I was cleaning it up and putting the dirt into the pot, I realized that the plant was just cut nodes! There were no roots. I ordered a Spathaphylum too and that one was in great condition. So I'm not sure what happened.

I was so excited when my plant arrived, but when I unwrapped it, the leaves were all black and wilted and it did not take long for the stem to get squishy and black. I believe it arrived with root rot. I was extremely disappointed. I want to get another one but am afraid to order one again. I am afraid it will arrive in the same shape as the first one.
