UPDATE: The seller reached out to me with a full refund. I am impressed with this company. It's not often that a seller is honest and concerned about the purchaser. I hope that they are able to correct the glue issue because the product is good. This arrived with both tubes of glue dried up. I tried to contact the sellers customer service but received no response. I purchased Loctite to use with the double face tape and it has stayed in place so far. However that was an additional cost of $7. Certainly not the best product for the money.

Our shower doesn't have a threshold, water is supposed to stay inside the shower area because of slight sloping to the drain. I don't love that, especially when I wash my dogs - they sit on the drain or make waves in the little bit of water that is trying to flush away. This shower dam stopper is a nice little barrier between the shower floor and bathroom area. Because it is transparent, it looks fine. Because it is silicone, you're not stepping on a painful edge. We just used the self-adhesive strip, we did not use the extra provided glue. So far, it is sticking just fine, we'll see how it holds up over time, being exposed to more water (I will update if it doesn't). For us, this is a good solution to a minor problem, and well worth the price.

This Foldable Silicone Dam is great for keeping the water inside the shower/bathtub. Adding this barrier was just what I needed to keep the water from flowing out onto the floor. It was a quick and easy fix to keep bath water contained and my floors dry. I'm very happy with it.
