Great shower wand and setup. Wife liked the rain part. I put hand wand on shower wall but discovered that it wasn’t in the best position so contacted the seller to see if I could purchase another wall mount. He promptly sent me another attachment free of charge, great seller

I love my new shower head, I love all the features, I'm just curious how to get another wall mount when the time comes. But all I'm all I'm so happy with my new shower head!

The rest of the review stands, basically, (NOTES ADDED) as is.I've removed my pictures used to illuminate the incorrect information that I had originally attached as they are no longer relevant.I forgot to mention in the original review that I had added a water filter just before the rainfall shower head. My install is certainly not standard for this product. It does, however, locate the rainfall shower head just where I had designed it to be; a comfortable distance from the wall and at a good height for taller bathers. I've ordered a 140" hose for the handheld that will be installed soon.Original review:Overall, this is better than average. The obvious problem was that the extension was way shorter than advertised (THIS SIZE IS NOW CORRECT.) I've included a picture of what I received with a tape measure to show just how short it is; also, (PHOTO REMOVED) what is included in the paperwork that came with it; as well as (PHOTO REMOVED) a screen shot of what is shown on Amazon. I could understand allot of people returning this as the length puts it way too close to the wall for a comfortable experience.The 13.78" and 4.33" measurements on the included paper are accurate. the 22.4" measurement (CORRECTED ON AMAZON BY SELLER) given on amazon is not.I Purchased a 15" extension (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CBJYPB4Z?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1) for $27.99 with free overnight shipping (yeah Prime!) to complete my install. (See pics.) FYI---the pipes are solid metal, but the knobs are plastic. Mt install would have looked much better to me if the extra extension was not needed. A longer hose on the handheld is really needed to make it more useful. i.e., washing our dogs. Hope that the seller corrects the ad on Amazon. (THEY HAVE)Would have been 5 stars had it really been 22.4" and no plastic knobs. (UPPED FROM ORIGINAL 3 TO 4 STARS)

Great pressure and the rain head is huge. Built really well, wish the wand was also metal although they did use a fairly sturdy plastic.
