I ordered this standing desk converter to use on my new desk with a walking pad so I wasn't sitting all day. I chose this one specifically because it offered the biggest working space and was one big, flat surface - whereas most have a keyboard cutout or are multiple levels. It was easy to assemble and set up. I had it on my desk within a short time of it being delivered. At first I was going to leave the monitor riser off, but decided after the fact to go ahead and use it. It was very easy to install - I didn't even need to take my desktop apart again.We eventually moved to a different home and the ceiling is lower where my desk is in the new house, so using the walking pad doesn't work anymore. Also, my desk is in front of a window, so having the monitor right in front of me doesn't work either. What to do with my standing desk? I decided to try it with my sewing machine... and it works great! I can stand and sew for something a little different. I may end up taking the monitor riser off of it again so it doesn't block fabric coming out of the back of the sewing machine.One thing to note... Once you pull out on the levers to lower it, it can lower pretty fast, so you'll need to get a good hold on it before pulling on them. And, when you're putting it up, you may need to give the table a bit of a boost to get it started. Both require a little strength on your part.Also, the seller may want to edit the product information... there are conflicting weight limits for it (which is... 20 or 30 pound limit?).Overall, I would definitely recommend this standing desk converter.

I looked through so many photos to try to find one with actual elbow support, I could not believe how many other desks had tiny little dropped keyboard trays with the stock photos showing elbows floating in the air...that would be so uncomfortable after a while. This one has such a nice large lower level that you can get your whole forearm on it, there's tons of room for a mouse and a notebook too. I installed the extra top tier but honestly would be fine without it too if you just raise your monitor heights a little. Super easy to lift and lower (only small downside is that the lifting handles are on the top and a contrasting color, seems like they could have been on the bottom or at least colored to match). It is a big item so be sure you have room, and know that at its lowest setting it is about 3 inches higher than your desk surface so you'd have to raise your chair slightly.
Very sturdy, good quality and easy to set up.

Been wanting to get a sit stand for the desk in my office for some time now. Came across this and loved the aesthetic. Ordered on a Tuesday and it arrived on Friday.I original got this sit for the office, however it is, for me anyway, pretty heavy so I ended up setting this one up at home and going to order another one to get delivered directly to my office address.Super easy to set up and feels very high quality. Super sturdy and has a premium feel to it. It sits a little higher than your desk so you will need an adjustment chair.Would 100% (and definitely will be soon) purchasing again.

The desk is well designed and made of quality materials. It has good height adjustment range and the pneumatic makes raising the height easy. The tray under the monitor stand is a bonus. It is good for storing cables and other accessories. The levers for pneumatic height adjustment is on the top surface. I wished the levers are located in the bottom surface. It is a minor inconvenience as they can get in the way. But, they do stop pens from rolling off. Overall, I am very happy with this product. It is sturdy, good size and well priced.

This is a great product for a standing desk table for number of reasons. It's my first standing desk but looking at the design I have a couple of opinions that I believe make this standing desk Superior than some other designs.1. One good thing about this standing desk is that it is a very simple sturdy construction consisting of the main table and the shelf on top. I've seen lots of other standing desks in which there's a special keyboard tray which is hanging on couple of metal hinges but I am not sure how durable that might be if you were to put pressure on the keyboard. Also you can not actually put anything else on those small trays aside from the keyboard because it would not be able to hold the weight.2. This one has a very simple flat top desk design and then if you want to put the second level for the monitor it's up to your option if you want to put it on or not. The construction of the second shelf is very durable as well. The second shelf actually is sitting on a metal frame, it's not just the sides which have the metal frame holding the wood. Therefore having a square metal frame underneath the wood makes it very solid. The same thing goes with the main desk.3. The Levers used to raise and lower the tray are a great position because what happens is that you use your thumbs to move the levers outwards and you are using your fingers to grab the desk to raise and lower the desk at the same time, so therefore is a very nice fluid motion and it's very easy to find the levers and release the levers.4. The other thing I like is that the Pistons are very smooth design, such that the desk is lowered at a relatively slow rate and also that you can raise it without that much force. Also with the levers being rotated with your thumbs, its almost like a "throttle" control, as you slowly apply less rotational pressure on the lever the slower the desk lowers. Therefore the desk does not DROP down quickly.5. Another great thing about the design is that when you look at the bracing from the bottom you see it on both of the corners of the desk so therefore it is a square support system even when the desk is raised. Many of the other desks that I've seen when looking at the raising of the Piston it only occurs on one half of the desk, so therefore the left side of the desk for example might be easily toppled over because there's no support underneath it. It is very heavy, which is great because it is going to have no issue of the possibility of toppling over. Even when raised, i can push on any of the corners and the desk will not start to tip in any direction.

I was a little skeptical that I would receive a decent product that would be useful for my needs when I made this purchase based on some reviews, but I decided to try it anyway.I am a nurse with a progressively degenerative lumbar spinal cord injury sustained from a slip and fall accident at work in the hospital in 2018. I recently found a job working from home where I don’t have to lift patients or push beds; however, my pain has still been worsening, so I wanted to convert my home office desk into a proper standing desk so I can alternately sit and stand to work more comfortably.I purchased this desk converter as a precursor to my future plans to invest in a true standing desk. I figured this would be an affordable way of experimenting to see if standing most of the work day would help my back pain. The price was more affordable than other choices but the reviews I read suggested that it was difficult to lower which I feared would not work for me with my back injury. However, I decided to give it a try despite the negative reviews.My son lifted the box upstairs to my office for me since it is quite heavy. I received my order in a timely manner and it arrived intact with all the parts needed for assembly. I was able to assemble the necessary parts from the video seen in the product description within 20 minutes. The only issue I had was that I turned the basket around backwards and didn’t realize it until an item fell out the back. ☺️ My son lifted it to my desk for me once it was assembled and assisted me by placing my monitor and laptop on the platform.The black converter that I ordered has a nice aesthetic and it has a smooth finish on both sides! I chose this model because of the large surface area where I can put my keyboard and mouse and still have room for my notebook and my coffee cup or water bottle. It is very sturdy even when I am writing and to my delight it is easy to lift and lower even with my back pain and subsequent weakness. Of course, I’ve only used it for 1 day, so I will have to update this review in a few months to state how durable the parts are.Overall I am very pleased with my purchase thus far and am hopeful that it will help me manage my pain while allowing me to be fully engaged in the workforce! ☺️

Es un gran producto que se instala muy fácilmente. Se siente de muy buena calidad. Pude instalar 2 monitores y mi lap y fue muy práctico para trabajar de pie con ellos. Por el precio me pareció una excelente compra. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
