Pros: after watching a you tube video, i was able to replace my side mirror pretty easily.Looks pretty similar to existing mirror on my 2022 Rav4Con; after removing the old mirror we placed the new unit. The bolts on the new item are SIGNIFICANTLY shorter than the Toyota part, so we were unable to use them. Has to remove the bolts from the original mirror and use those instead. Still like someone tried to save a couple pennies by subbing in a bolt that is too short. It might have worked, but we had a lot of difficulty trying to thread the nut back on.Overall, or where up working but i probably works not purchase this item again.

Works as it should, and was easy to install. Saved $500 with this. Will have to see how it works 1 year from now...

Definitely fit my 2023 Toyota rav4 … the dealership said $1200 for a side view mirror?!!! PLEASEEEE !
