Sidi is quality. This replaceable part allowed me to keep wearing the shoe after an accident/collision broke the buckle.

Great Product, kept me from having to buy a new pair of cycling shoes. Just be aware that if you have an older pair of Sidi Cycling Shoes you will need to buy the Sidi Caliper straps at the same time. These buckles are narrower than the original buckles so my old straps did not work, although I am happy that all I needed was to replace the buckles and straps and I got my old shoes back.Also, note that this buckle operates slightly different than the older models, doesn't seem quite as smooth, but it works and so far I'm happy, lets see how long these will last.

Great replacement for a broken caliper on my Peloton shoes. MUST buy the matching strap. Not a validated replacement part, but working well for me. Bought this to fix broken Peloton shoe caliper. Easy to change and happy to get more life from my shoes.These do not buckle as easily as the original caliper. You have to be more precise when you insert the strap. This inconvenience is made up for by the fact that this caliper can be backed off one click at a time. They do not seem as solid as the originals, but are holding well after a month. Sidi is a good brand so I have confidence I’ll get my money’s worth.

The original units when i bought both mountain and road shoes 15-20 years ago, and which I am still using, had problems at times getting the buckle to loosen. These work better, and in fact work great. I have them on both shoes and have not had a problem getting unbuckled.

Sidi cycling shoes are very durable. The clasp mechanism will break once in a while, but the replacements which are available through Amazon are identical to the factor originals and are extremently easy to replace. Like getting a new pair of shoes.

These buckles were an easy replacement (one screw) and they brought my shoes back up to like new condition! I have about 14K miles on my shoes, and I've replaced heel pads, a few sets of cleats, a set of straps, and now these buckles. My straps that insert into the buckle were the 15mm width version (post 2011), and the buckles were made for this width.

Thinking i had to throw out my $400 cycling shoes, I did a quick search on Amazon.ca and sure enough $25 and a day later I had new caliper buckles replaced. Single screw to remove and replace. So simple.

I've been riding with Sidi shoes for many years. My current pair of Sidi Dominator shoes have lasted ten years. I considered buying new shoes when one of the buckles broke but the shoes are so incredibly comfortable I decided to replace the buckles and get another year or two out of them. The buckles are easy to install with the new screw that is provided. I read several reviews that stated these buckles have to be modified to work with the straps of the older shoes but I did not have that issue.
