Sidi laces bind up. Customer service was unwilling to help. I am stuck with junk shoes.

Putting on cycling shoes should be easy and straight forward and I didn't like the features of this shoe.

I have wide feet and suffer from "hot foot" on century and double century rides. The problem has gone away with these shoes. They are comfortable and provide good power transfer when climbing. The lace ratchet release buttons are sometimes difficult to articulate Great value.
