I bought it from a distributor with the software license and for those that have asked, the oscilloscope includes a temporary license for this logic probe that appears to have 30 uses, which is quite a lot.I think it is only worth getting this if you have the 200MHz 4-channel version of the scope.Since I only got this today I will update the review if I find any issues.
