I’d give zero if I could.First this is NOT Silent groom Pro. This is some knock off, that looks cheaply made. The ports are very small, no way do most dogs nails fit, you have to take off cap completely. I’m very upset, totally got scammed on this.

Do not waste your time or money on this product. I have a Belgian and a terrier and after holding device on nail for two minutes it didnt even make a dent. Save your money and find a better product.
