WOW !! These saved the day for dessert for unexpected company. Cake mix, rum glaze, dust with icing sugar. They released easily, nice crisp lines and perfect portions. So easy to wash.

New to me. Concept is great but because they are really lightweight, making a transfer to cookie sheet or oven spill risky. Use them a few times before I give up on them
