I was surprised that the new Barbie body is much different than the retro Barbie’s pre 2015, this pattern is dated 2012…..alterations are needed

It is still nice even though it had a tear on one corner it will still work for what I need it for. A good price for the pattern that I can't find where I live.

Ho realizzato due cappottini per Barbie, (due nipotine😉) sostituendo la sciarpa con un cappuccio, in quanto ho utilizzato un tessuro trapuntato, che non sarebbe caduto bene.Misure perfette, indicazioni utili su quali cuciture chiudere prima, per cui anche le maniche non sono un problema. Soddisfatta.

I loved this pattern set. Easy to use and so many different possibilities. My only warning would be that if you are planning to use these clothes for modern Barbies (Fashionistas specifically) you will need to make adjustments. The patterns don't fit modern Barbies that well, ie: no boobs, hippy.

This pattern is for the original Barbie dolls. With some altering it can be made to fit the Disney style Barbie... what I thought was going to be a quick sewing lesson for my Granddaughter turned into a 2 day project ...

It's exactly what I needed. I'm actually going to modify this for a Moxie teen doll because my girls want Alice in Wonderland Steampunk outfits for their dolls. LOL! Yeah. This is going to work out perfectly. I loooooooove how these really are SIMPLE! I'm not a really great seamstress. I still have a lot to learn, but this is going to be easy-peasy. Great, great, great! And the quality is fabulous. It looks new. I'm going to trace these patters to keep them as new looking as I can.
