I made a throw. It was so much fun. The colors are so vibrant and bright.! Well, worth the money. It’s a great brand of thread. I never have to worry about breakage or tension with it. It’s great.

Kann die vielen guten Bewertung nicht nachvollziehen. Das Garn ist extrem fragil. Nach gefühlten 50 Stichen reißt es immer und immer wieder. Habe dann mal probiert das Garn in der Hand zu zerreißen im Vergleich mit normalem Isacord. Das Simthread Garn ist ohne dass ich nennenswert Kraft aufbringen musste direkt gerissen, während das Isacord sich fast in meine Finger geschnitten hat, da ich so stark reißen musste.Für mich ist es ein Rätsel wie man damit Sticken soll

I tried all needle types and sizes from 11 to14, microtec/embroidery/janome pink and blue/metallic, best combination was the janome Pink needle. I have a janome 550E machine, speed slowed down to 500 and the white and grey threads worked best with few breakages.However, ALL of the other colours shredded and broke at the needle eye after only150 stitches on average, so pretty much useless. I would not buy these again as the quality between spools is very wide ranging an unpredictable. I did manage a snowflake in all white ok though, only 10 breaks in 35,000 stitches. Overall not worth the expense or wait, very disappointed.

This thread really glows when exposed to sunlight anyway and I’m sure in black light situations. It of course will not retain the glow forever, it needs to be recharged by light, but it was fun to use on Halloween, moon, and glowing type embroideries.

This thread works great with my Brother SE625 (same as the se600), I've used it for a few ITH projects without any issues. The colors are a bit off from what is advertised; I've added a photo of the thread, and you can see the yellow and green are almost impossible to differentiate. That being said, I love the thread for a nice glowy surprised to projects, and I think it worked out great for the little bats!

I was able to use these glow in the dark threads on my granddaughter's shirt for Halloween. They were easy to work with, the embroidery thread is good and sturdy, and did glow in the dark. The hardest thing is finding a regular light bulb in the home to expose it to so it will glow. I use mostly daylight bulbs.

I dont have any experience with sewing machines, so I can't say how these will work for them but they worked great for my cross stitch! I'm still learning so didn't realize this would be thinner thread, but easily made it work for my stitching. The thread's fairly sturdy and only bunched up when I tried to use way too long of a string. Looks super cool all put together and it glows nicely, especially if you have a black light to charge it up. I'd recommend these!

They don't glow in the dark well but if you use a black light on them they glow amazingly. I use them in combination with uv reactive string to do cool affects with string art.

I have wanted glow in the dark thread for my embroidery machine for a while. I picked up this set because of the variety of colors. They glow well and have a decent thickness to the thread. My only issue is that the thread is a little fuzzy for machine embroidery. It catches on itself and breaks easier than my other embroidery thread. Great to play around with and assemble my Halloween costume with, but I will look for better quality thread for machine embroidery.
