Used this to free up desktop space, and it seems to be pretty well built and designed. I did have to buy an additional adapter plate because my monitor did not have a standard VESA set up. It was not expensive, but be sure to check before moving forward. The mount could be improved by adding some length to the USB cord that powers the USB ports on the base. It would also be a big plus if the USB was high powered (i.e. GaN) that could charge a laptop. I would also prefer if the USB ports were not facing forward on the base of the mount, but rather on the side as the cords take desktop space as is. The tension adjustment for counter balancing the weight of the monitor is a little fussy, but ended up working OK.

I've used my fair share of monitor mounting arms in my time and this is one of the better ones you can get on Amazon. It is well made and operates very smoothly. Setting it up is easy and no different than any other monitor arms I've tried. The clamp feels quite secure and seems to be a good mounting solution. Everything is made from a pretty thick metal which makes the whole arm feel very stable. I initially mounted using the clamp but later drilled a hole in my desk and used the pass-through screw mount instead for a more permanent solution. So far this arm has been holding up my 24 inch Dell monitor very well. The monitor feels solid and isn't going anywhere. Adjustability with this arm is good. You can pretty much move the monitor however you need it and it will stay in position once adjusted. The integrated USB hub works well too. This is the main reason why I ordered this specific monitor arm because its hard to find them with a good USB hub at the base.Overall, I'm very happy with this monitor arm. It is a bit more expensive than other options on Amazon but the fit and finish with this monitor arm is great. You definitely get what you pay for with these and in this case, I think its worth spending a few extra dollars for a quality sturdy monitor arm like this one. The ones that cost half the price tend to be a lot more flimsy and use more plastic parts. Overall, if you need a single monitor arm with integrated USB hub, this one is a great option. 10/10 highly recommend.

i mounted an older HP 27” (the Z27i, if you’re looking for specifics) on this thing, and it is such a great addition to my desk. the swivel action is seamless and functional, and it doesn’t droop at all. the built-in USB hub has been fantastic for accessibility!

I’ve owned and installed 3 of these monitor arms now, and this one is by far the best quality. It is definitely a bit more expensive than the other two, but I can see now that I got what I paid for with those. This arm has a sleek design and is made of solid, high quality components. I am using it with a 32” Samsung Odyssey G7 monitor, and it was very easy to install and assemble. And aside from a couple small complaints, everything functions and adjusts smoothly. It allows me to easily get my monitor in just the right viewing distance and position, and the removal of the large base stand has cleared up a lot of room on my desk. The built-in USB hub is also a great feature - it’s perfect for powering and recharging my desktop computer accessories, and it’s nice to have extra USB outlets so near and accessible. While I am mostly very impressed with this arm, one of the small issues I had is that the monitor kept tilting downwards under its own weight until I absolutely cranked the tightening bolt for that part. I’m a strong guy, and I legitimately thought I was going to break the part or snap the Allen wrench, I had to tighten it so much. I was eventually able to get the monitor to stay straight up, but as a result it is now very difficult to adjust the tilt if I want to. Luckily, I really only move the monitor closer and further, and do not need to adjust the tilt for my setup, but it is still worth noting. The only other issue is a minor design flaw. The monitor arm is designed to clamp to the back of a desk, yet the cable for the USB hub protrudes straight out from the back. This means I can no longer push my desk fully against the wall without putting considerable strain on the cable connector. I don’t mind scooting the desk out an inch or so to compensate for this, but it would have been nice if it came out of the side, or at least at a 90 degree angle.Despite the higher price, if I could do it again I would have spent the extra money for the quality and convenience of this monitor arm in the first place. I am very happy with it, and would definitely recommend it if it is within your budget.

Besides this one I have purchased 3 other monitor arms. This is the best by a very long shot. While the other 3 said they supported up to 32 inches in small print they also said only 15 Lbs which made them to week to hold up my monitors. This one holds up great and stays is place when I move it. If I had one thing to complain about it would be the tilt bolt feels like it is barely keeping the monitor in its current position and it is tightens to the max. So I have a feeling over time I will have to go back and tighten it

Easy to put together, good adjustments, works well. The built-in USB hub is nice, but I wish the cable came out of the side rather than the back.
