This worked really well for 27" Curved LCDs on a wooden desk with enough overhang. I wouldn't recommend any clamp on like this for particle board desks. It has some hydraulic parts that it warns you about, so be careful, but it make it a lot easier to adjust your monitors once they are mounted on this system. It was very easy and straight forward to install and was a very good value compared to other options. Also it has some amazing cable management that helps every look very good and clean. The box had some weight to it as it is a solid device, but anyone should be able to install this on their own. Just put the LCDs on last.

At the end of the day, I returned this product for two reasons:1. I didn’t like the idea or looks of having the weight of two 27” monitors on a single, relatively small base.2. I use three monitors and this doesn’t work for my preferred setup, the popular landscape-oriented center screen flanked by one portrait-oriented screen on each side.So that’s what I would think about in considering this one. If you don’t have that setup and have a sturdy desk this might be a great option for you.It’s worth noting that I didn’t experience any performance issues per se and my concern could quite possibly be without merit, but I just didn’t want to find out the hard way how much shakiness was the desktop under the weight of the screens and what just needed a torque adjustment.Best of luck as you assemble your own megadesk.

I ordered this dual monitor mount as the standard monitor stands were too wide for my raised desk and the legs went over the edge, making its stability useless. When I would type, my screen would shake a considerable amount.I picked this up as I liked the stability of the gas powered arms and the separation between both arms; most dual mounts I found would derive from the same singular pillar so one would be taller than the other. I removed a star as I had to order this twice; the first time I received the unit but one of the arms was snapped clean off. Upon receipt of the second unit, it took me maybe 20-30 minutes to set this up, including customizing the amount of torque. The tool given sometimes makes it hard to reach the torque screw but otherwise it's a very stable dual monitor mount.

Use the longer screws for the bracket instead of the small ones they include—it makes it way more secure and easier to work with.- The Velcro straps it comes with are a great addition. They make managing extra cables so much easier and keep everything neat and organized.4. **Affordable and Competitive**- For the price, this mount is a steal. Si no piensas estar cambiando de ángulos y alturas tus monitores de manera muy frecuente, definitivamente es lo mejor que podrás encontrar por este precio. La calidad se nota buena, el único inconveniente (que no me causó mayor malestar más que en la configuración inicial) fue al momento de ajustar la resistencia de los brazos para la elevación, de ahí en fuera todo muy bien. Lo recomiendo, cumple muy bien su propósito.

Generally speaking, a monitor stand and mount only needs to do a few things, of which include: supporting the monitor and keeping it stable and firmly mounted. In this regard, it does exactly that. It will serve you well unless you plan on moving your monitor constantly. In that case, look elsewhere.The kit includes brackets for 75x75mm or 100x100mm sized backings, so most monitors save for specialty monitors will. The desk mount is held in by a vice screw, so assuming your desk is in a modern style and not flush with panels or legs on all sides, it's relatively universal.As most people have stated, the biggest issue are the screws that dictate the "tension" or the strength with which the arms support the weight of the monitor. They are not heavy duty and the construction is questionable, meaning that with repeated movement the screw and supporting swivel closest to the monitor (not the base) have the potential too loosen and eventually fail altogether. If you're on a budget and aren't looking to constantly adjust your monitor, it'll work just fine.

En mi caso particular compré el de 2 brazos para instalar 2 monitores samsung curvos de 27" cada uno y el resultado fue increible, ya que está realizado en materiales de muy buena calidad, con buenos acabados, además por tener tornillos de gas es mucho más funcional aún, la instalación fue muy rápida y sencilla, el manejo de cables es bastante bueno y las herramientas para instalación que incluye son muy utiles, recomendado ampliamente.
