The product is perfect for my 80 year old mother. She wanted a way to exercise even when she is a bit dizzy. This product helps her feel as though she is getting some exercise. The added products were a bit overwhelming for her. Assembly was difficult for her so I did it for her.

This would be the first review I have ever written in my life . But I Love my sit fit. I can just sit in front of my television and pedal away. Burning calories.. traveling distance. So long to my sedentary life! The operation is smooth.. you can adjust the tension. I just love it!

This offers me the opportunity to get movement into my day without irritating my injured knee. It is quiet and very easy to use. And an added bonus, you can find free workout videos on You Tube to help you get started and set up a routine. I recommend it to anyone.

I struggle with this because it moves a lot when I am trying to exercise. It was easy to put together and is built sturdy it just doesn’t stay still when I’m trying to use it.

This was a perfect item for my Mom, she an older women, and do not want to go to the gym. It is light weight. Easy to assemble, and easy to use. Now she can still get some exercise while sitting. Adjustable setting. It also comes with the exercising band, which is also great when sitting
