This product will not fit a 3, 4, or 5 yr old child. It is too big. My son is 5, he's small, about the size of a 4.5 year old and this helmet is too big. After all adjustments the chin strap is still too big.

This kid's bike helmet is a great find. It’s hard to find a helmet with a built-in visor, so the detachable magnetic goggles are a nice feature. The only reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the goggles could be a bit more secure when attached.
