I was hesitant to try this. I know I had one in the early 80s as a wee one. And I remember being terrified to use one on my kids. But my grandson bounces with reckless abandon, and little saucers were not cutting his exercise desires. The clamps that go above the door frame are very strong and made very well. They fit in a door as long as you have a frame with a lip around the door. This has been the hit of it all. My grandson can really get bouncing in this and he loves to dance, jump and giggle - who doesn't. Our Grandson was 6 months old when we started this bouncer. But at 6 months he sits independently and is crawling. At 7 months he has been standing independently without holding on for 30 seconds. At 8 months he still loves to bounce and he is standing independently for about 60 seconds. This seems to be helping him gain strength.The bouncer is ready to go right out of the box. You just have to adjust the height for your little one. For this child, this is a great value, he loves to move and doesn't have all the strength to jump on his own yet. So this is a very safe piece of equipment if your little one needs to bounce more than a saucer can often.

I'll admit, I go into any product like this door baby swing with some level of skepticism. I go in looking for ways it might not be safe or adequate or just not up to the job of keeping baby safe. BUT, everything I checked on this swing as I put it together and hung it up exceeded my expectations. It covers all places that could pinch or trap a baby. The material everywhere that touches the baby is very soft and comfortable and also provides a nice seat. The rainbow colored strap that lets you adjust the height is easy to adjust and plenty strong. When I first saw the spring/hook that hung on the door frame I didn't have much hope that it would work but it was very easy to attach above the door opening and no matter how hard I pulled and jerked around on it (within reason) I couldn't budge it at all. I was impressed.The whole unit will kind of pack/roll back up into a small bundle and pop back out ready to hang up.I really wanted to try this on a real baby but we're giving it as a gift and I was unable to try it. Knowing how kids love these I can't wait to get a report! The Amazon price is perfect for shower/baby gifts. We'll probably get this one again.

The metal bar in the seat is a bit rough. On one hand, it provides good structure and makes it easy to get the baby in. However, it seems a little harsh around his middle. The clamp feels pretty secure. It was decently easy to adjust.

I chose this bouncer as space in my house is limited, I wanted a doorway jumper since I can take it down easily when not in use. This jumper has a nice and sturdy seat to support my little one. The strap is braided, strong and securely. The pattern is neutral for both boys and girls. My baby loves to bounce and have fun in this jumper. It was easy to put together. I like that the fabric is washable. The straps don't twist up while using. This bouncer has adjustable height abilities, so as my baby grows, the swing can still be used. The bouncer his easy for my kid to use, very functional and is a solid accessory for my baby's movement.

I ordered this because I am expecting my first child in May and I wanted to get a jump start on acquiring things that my son might need/things that might be useful in the long run and I have to say, this jumper didn’t disappoint.I have a young nephew who I tested this out with when he came over for a playdate and not only did he love it, I loved how easily entertained he was just from bouncing around in this thing.Granted, I never left him unattended while this was in use, but I was impressed with how lightweight yet sturdy this was, not to mention that my significant other definitely appreciated the ease of assembly.5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Now that I’ve tried this out with another little one in my life, I can’t wait until my son is finally able to use this and bounce around while my significant other and I try to get things done during the day!
