It can be used by both adults and children. It is easy to assemble and can be easily stored under the sofa. I bought it for my son's training. After a period of training, it helped the child's balance and leg strength.

My kids and I are all prone to sedentary hobbies, so I'm constantly looking for at-home options to get us moving more. This seemed like a great option both for general movement but also for the targeted area: Those inner thighs are tricky to remember with most exercise options. The set-up for this is easy, though feels cheap. I didn't feel safe using this without something to stabilize on, so I propped it up next to a table that I could grip while sliding back and forth. Within maybe 15 reps, my inner thighs were reminding me that they do, in fact, exist and do not appreciate being neglected. So far, mostly good. However, the instruction manual is seriously lacking. It doesn't give any examples of how this product is used. I had to pull the listing back up to remind me. Furthermore, it has a Plumbum (Pb) warning. What's that, you might ask? Lead. According to the instructions, it contains lead, which has no safe amount. Now, it says it's in the screw and nuts, which we don't touch, and in the circuit board components... which... what? This thing has no electronic parts. How could it have a circuit board?I seriously don't understand. Now, I can't find anything online saying that I need to panic over lead in some bolts/screws, particularly when they're not easily accessible for this product, but it's still weird. As a concept and exercise, this product is decent so long as I can brace my upper body on something nearby. The instructions are lacking, however, and I do not know what to make of that lead warning.

This one... was an impulse buy, probably reflecting my "I need to exercise more and lose some weight" mindset as of lately.I was disappointed out of the box, which arrived damaged (interestingly, the product box was damaged inside an intact Amazon box), thankfully with only some cosmetic damage to the product. Opening the box revealed a cheap plastic construction that, to be completely honest, I don't know how long will last. To be fair, it is a toss-up whether it will break first, or I will get bored with it :)That being said, we get to my main complaint with such gadgets - if you sell a non-standard device, please give some decent instructions on how to use it. This came with the leaflet with semi-useless instructions, so all I had was what you see on the product description videos. And that... was the major undersell of this device. As usual, it was YouTube to the rescue. After a few minutes, I figured out that the right keywords to search for are "multifunctional abdominal board" which led me to "Pilates board workout". The "Pilates board" is not this device, but something fairly similar, an attempt to replicate some of the functionality of a reformer (well, a very lousy and limited attempt, but reformers are expensive and take up a lot of space). It is possible to replicate most of the exercises I saw online with this device. This allows you indeed to give your abs, legs and arms a very decent workout.Differences between the Pilates board and this one: you cannot, as far as I can tell, attach resistance bands to this one, thus limiting some of the options. But, you can separate the two sliders, something that gives you more options for a leg workout. If you want to try that, make sure you keep, at least in the beginning a chair or something sturdy to hold on to - at least for me, balance was an issue the first times I tried it.On the plus side, it doesn't take a lot of space, and it can easily be stored under a bed or a couch. I think it will give me a good workout for a while, and it is fun to use. That being said, I do have very serious reservations about the quality.
