My nieces really loved this gift. They were a little bummed that it didn’t snow heavy enough for them to use it when they first got it. But the 1st chance they got they put it to good use.This sled is really nice and the whole fam can really get use out of it- whether you’re pushing it or sliding down a hill yourself. It’s pretty small but very sturdy. Max weight is 175lbs. So, my 110lbs 16 year old niece enjoyed just as much as the 7 year old. Folds up well and is easy to store.Hours and hours of fun- plus, the kids are not on electronics and having good old fashion fun.

Put some ski wax on the bottom and let it fly! Have not encountered any issues. Good value.

This beautiful wood sled is reminiscent of traditional old time wood snow sleds that so many people like to hang on the wall of their mountain cabin. However, this is an updated version that is very well-built and solidly constructed. It is also nicely designed. It folds flat for easy storage and then it is easily unfolded and quickly ready to go. Just remove and replace four bolts with plastic knob heads. The bolts come out and go in quickly and they secure the rails in both the folded and unfolded positions. My only complaint is the UPC code sticker they used. It is very difficult to remove from the wood surface. Why they use permanent labels for something like this, especially since it is packaged in a box so nobody even has access to it except the purchaser, I will never know. The sled, however, is great.

I must say I am impressed with the quality of this sled! All of the wood parts are nicely finished and put together well. It takes just a minute to change it from the folded/storage position to the "ready to sled" position (just make sure that you screw the locking screws tight!). A pull rope is included along with instructions for attachment. This sled will provide kids with hours of fun, and if sledding is new to them or they aren't familiar with other kinds of sleds, they probably won't miss the lack of steering. Although I wish the sled did have steering, I also understand that it is about half the price of sleds that do include it. The thing I like best about this sled is the ability to fold it flat for storage!

This sled is easy to assemble and is as good as similar sleds offered for 3-4 times the price. Much better than plastic or foam "sleds" and if you want the old wooden style, these are the ones to get before the price is increased.

I was looking for a snow sled that was easy to transport, easy to store, holds up to a decent amount of weight, easy for my kids to use and easy to pull. This snow sled fits those needs. The snow sled is fully assembled in the box. You just need to remove and reattach the four locking screws from having the sled rails being folded to the rails being extended. That step takes a minute to do. Once the rails are extended you are on your way for a fun time snow sledding. The price point is spot on for what you get and is a great old time sled for your kids. This sled is not recommend for the weight above 175 pounds and used for kids only.

This is really for small kids. If your child is 100 pounds and over, it might not work as well. The assemble isn’t that hard, but you have to make sure you follow the instructions correctly.
