The product arrived timely and was well packaged. The instructions are easy to follow and it is best to have two people available for assembly. The color is as pictured - in my case, a deep dark brown. The swivel chairs are very nice and comfortable. I searched for high back and a sofa that had some height to it and this one does. The chair bottom cushions are thicker than the sofa cushions and at some point I may need to change the sofa ones out. But for now, I am pleased and looking forward to enjoying the entire set this spring.

I’ll update review as I get feedback from the seller. I first focused on the footstool (and haven’t gotten further). The holes simply do not line up making it impossible to put just the basic footstool together. Pretty poor quality to not have the holes line up. Again, I’ll update this as I get feedback from the seller.Update - issue resolved. Received another ottoman. It's interesting though, one side of the new ottoman received still was mis-aligned. Fortunately, I still had the old ottoman (which had one good side) and was able to use that to complete the set.Here's my take on the set: good value for the money; not easy (but not hard) to put together - they should have a video showing how it's done. using a cordless tool helped tremendously (and the fact they included a piece for a cordless tool was also a big plus); no other issues. It does take a little bit of time to assemble. I give it a four even though we had lots of back and forth. The service was prompt and good.

I looked at many different sets and this one is definitely my favorite! It fit my space perfectly. I wanted to be able to be comfortable while watching my kids play in the front yard. It was easy to assemble and very sturdy! The quality feels great and not like it will become brittle easily. Easy to clean. I just wipe off any dirt with ease. Cushions are plush and supportive.

The furniture is beautiful, the quality is very good and it is comfortable. We had an issue with the fire pit and they were very responsive and took care of the problem and kept in contact with me through the resolution.

This is an amazing outdoor furniture set! The blue cushions are a deep blue. The assembly was super easy! Customer service was responsive and very helpful! The ottomans were shipped separate from the chairs and I was worried the wrong set had been sent to us. Seller was quick to answer and send tracking information regarding the ottomans. Would definitely buy again!

As others have said, the chairs are a bit complicated to put together. The first one took awhile to figure out, the second one went together much quicker. Table and one ottoman went together quickly and without issue. The second ottoman had some production issues and we needed replacement parts. The company sent the part out quickly. However that didn't solve the problem. We asked for a whole new ottoman and they sent that out and it was perfect. Customer service responds quickly. They just asked for picture of the defective parts and our Amazon order number and they were able to help us quickly. We would recommend them and would also buy from them again.

I gave this 4 stars only because the shipment, though coming from the same location, was partially shipped. I didn’t realize this until I started to open packages. I had to contact seller, for I think the shipping department thought it all went out. That really is the only negative comment.The good is that it’s absolutely amazing the engineering design and thought that went into these pieces of furniture. The shipping boxes look so small as to what was being shipped, but well packaged. Relatively easy to put together. The wicker material is easy to abrade if you put the units upside down and it moves a bit. I would assemble on carpeting.The cushions are well made and waterproof.They are nice looking, and very comfortable.I would buy again.

We bought this furniture putting together was pretty easy. The furniture feels very cheap. The cushion material is scratchy and uncomfortable. I would return, but I don’t want to pay the postage back. Live and learn.
