This massager is incredibly easy to handle and transport when compared to a large vibration plate. Weighing in at just a few pounds, makes it convenient for a quick vibration session. It offers eight vibration settings with two of them being powerful pattern-like settings. It includes a belt that is adjustable to wear around the waist, belly, thighs, and arms.You also have the option to keep the belt off, which I do when I hold with both hands, to help with under arm firming. It is easy to operate and the battery life is not too bad. Overall effective and powerful for a portable option with a rechargeable battery. Absolutely recommend this to anyone that never reaches for their large, heavy vibration plate. The convenience is wonderful and easy to commit to. I HIGHLY recommend.

All shook up! it works very well with several speeds. The velcro belt holds the unit fast against you and provides a stimulating experience. I wear it running and it massages my back while I run. Really nice

This is mega powerful! It’s easy for me to use while lying in bed. I haven’t strapped it to my body.My stomach feels flatter and I have no edema around my ankles. Stoped working after to uses. I charged it says it’s on but no vibration. For the price of was not worth it.

This vibration plate is portable and the battery seems to last a good bit. The lowest vibration level is pretty intense and the highest level is incredibly strong - to the point of not being able to hold it. However, if you're using the higher levels with the strap or laying on the plate for back muscles, you can keep the plate stabilized. I do like the oval shape of the plate because it can be used in different ways for different muscles depending on how it's positioned.

This isn’t comparable to a vibration plate AT ALL.First it is wayyy too much compared to comparable listings (like double +)…the machine itself vibrates enough that your hand will start to go numb pretty instantly trying to hold it to you as you need to bear down on the muscle with it for any real effectIt is best used like on your back to help relieve muscle tension but funny enough it’s not marketed this way. I could see it helping a sore calf or thigh etc the same way though it is pretty big so unless you had huge calves, I don’t know how much help it would be,I strapped it around to use on my lower back which I have daily, constant problems with… it might’ve helped for a minute or 2 but it quickly loses the juice it starts with.It does have an automatic shut-off for 15 minutes.It’s not quiet at ALL… my dog wouldn’t come near me with it on.. lolOverall score should be more like a 3.5 but I didn’t want to round down to 3I wouldn’t order again at $36 because I think there are better types of products for lymph congestion…For those thinking it’s going to work deep enough to help belly fat or GI motility etc… I just don’t see it & I could use help with both.. lolI suffer from congested lymph nodes all over since “The vaccine” so trust if I thought it would work, I’d be the first to tell you.I also own a $200 vibration machine.
