I purchased this vibration plate machine for lymphatic and circulatory health. The machine feels substantial and has a heavy duty, 3 prong electrical cord. It's very easy to use right out of the box. There is a digital screen that shows you the vibration level and the timer. The machine runs for 10 minutes. You are to be barefoot on the textured foot plate. There are markings to where to put your feet to simulate walking, jogging or running. You do get a different feeling in your lower body based on where you place your feet. There is a remote to operate the machine to eliminate having to bend down while you are using the machine. The company included an optional magnet to attach the remote to the machine when it's not in use. I prefer the automatic mode, where the machine cycles through all the levels, from 1 to 10, for 10 minutes. There are many vibration plate exercise videos online for multiple fitness levels of lower, upper or whole body workouts. The bluetooth speaker connected very quickly to my phone. It's a lower quality sound but it's a nice feature to have. The company included an exercise band to further enhance the workout.

I was really looking forward to using this but it came with no remote. You can manually start it by rocking but you can’t control the intensity as it goes up on its own then stops. It’s is nicely designed and sturdy though.

I had to attach the side rails and plug it in before use. The textured surface gives me safe traction whether I'm barefoot or wearing sneakers. I have 10 vibration settings. I typically start at level 3 for warm-up and work up to 7-8 for my main workout. I use the automatic mode when I want a hands-free workout that cycles through intensities. The Bluetooth speaker connects to my phone, though the sound quality is basic - good enough for podcasts but not for music-focused workouts. After 10 minutes on level 5, I can feel my leg muscles engaged similarly to after a light workout. I also got resistance bands for upper body strength training. The LCD display clearly shows my selected speed and remaining time. It’s a bit heavy, 18 lbs, but it doesn’t move around while I’m doing my workouts on it.

This vibration plate is made of heavy duty quality material. The instruction manual wasn’t too difficult and the machine is easy to operate. I have heard these work for weight loss as well as lymphatic drainage so we will see. I do think it’s a great value.
