The one I received was definitely used with lots of scratches on the face and obvious wear and tear. In the ad it says it has an alarm but it doesn't. It has a flashlight instead that doesn't work.

I see soamy people on here complaining that they received a used product (I thought the same thing) you have to take the tiny film paper off, start from one of the corners and start scratching it and it'll start lifting and boom. Also I also thought I got a defective product but the button to turn it on is at the bottom. I'm positive most people complaining didn't try these things first. Hope this helps.
