No customer service help problem solved on my own. Make sure you connect the wires correctly. Mine wasn’t🤷♂️Now it’s working properly . Operator error Didn’t want to send it back, Great Product

I got this smart door lock to experiment with before I decide if I want to change out the rest of my exterior doors and deadbolts. So far, so good. It was easy to install and learn to use. I definitely want the fingerprint feature like this one has on any more that I get.
