This is a great work out at home for any age. There are several different work outs you can do. It comes with all the equipment you need just need to hang it up and get it turned on. This is really light weight and easy to use.

I’ve been using this smart music boxing machine for a week now and absolutely love it! The LED lights and music interaction make workouts more fun and engaging. The boxing machine works as expected and was easy to set up. It sticks to the wall using only velcro tape. There are no other mounting options provided. I didn’t want to risk damaging my paint or wallpaper, so I installed it on my garage’s steel door instead. Honestly, I wouldn’t want it on drywall anyway since I hit it pretty hard, and I’d worry about damage to the wall. On the garage door, it holds up fine.Setup was simple, and the Bluetooth paired easily with my music. You can adjust speed of the light pads and the volume, and it keeps the beat well. The sound quality is not great and it's a bit tinny sounding, but that’s not a big deal to me since the punching noise drowns a lot of it out anyways. It comes with two sets of open fingered boxing gloves, one for kids and one for adults. Even with the padding on the knuckles it still causes some pain.
