I'm honestly surprised with this product to the say the least. I have an Apple watch and wear it daily, so that is how I track my fitness and vitals during the day, but I wanted to track heart rate and sleep quality at night but found it uncomfortable to wear my watch while sleeping. I also usually charge my watch at night, so I started looking for an alternative. I found this for a surprisingly low price and decided to give it a try, and I'm glad I did!The heart rate and SpO2 are accurate when compared to my watch and to a pulse oximeter. I was skeptical about the blood pressure reading, but to my shock, it was accurate too when compared to an electric BP cuff and a manual sphygmomanometer. I have no idea how it works, and it don't know if it works while exercising (I only wear this while sleeping) but it's certainly impressive.The app is decent and can write data in my Apple health app, but it could definitely use a few minor updates. For example, it doesn't take automatic SpO2 readings overnight which is a feature I would like.The battery life of the ring is incredible! I charged it once and have worn it for 3 nights and the battery is still above 80%.It also looks sleek and fits well for me.Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase!

This is absolute garbage. Cheaply made and the sensors don't accurately measure your heart rate and spo2 levels. I got it to go along with my Fitbit and that's when I figured out comparing the two that the ring was way off on my stats. For example, my heart rate was 98 BPM on my Fitbit, but the ring said it was 63 BPM. My spo2 levels on my Fitbit were showing at 95%, but the ring showed it at 80 %. I didn't even bother seeing if it tracked my sleep accurately because it didn't do anything else right. I didn't realize it was a product of China because I probably wouldn't have bought it knowing this was most likely going to happen. The app that runs the ring looks very questionable and made me wonder what data they were sending overseas. On top of everything else, I discovered that it doesn't actually track your heart rate & Spo2 levels automatically you have to force it to check on the app which defeats the purpose of trying to find trends in my data. Additionally, it was bulky and I ordered my ring size but it was about a half a size too big. I do not recommend this product.

The ring fits nicely and comes with a nice charging box. However the app is incredibly glitchy. The ring doesn't track my sleeping at all. I think the only thing it's accurate on is the number of steps I take.

So I bought this as an alternative to my Garmin. I usually wear the garmin but sometimes I do admit, I prepare to wear my Hamilton Mechanical watch over it just because it looks a lot nicer. But at the same time I still want to track my health stuff. This smart ring does get the job done. It helps track my sleep which is honestly the main thing that I want to track. Since I started working, sleep has been my priority so I’ve been trying to make sure I get enough and monitor where there is anything wrong with the quality of my sleep. No, this is not going to be a Oura but it is not Ours price either since I only paid $55 for it during a prime member sale. The quality feels pretty good and seems to be a bit scratch proof and most of the time, I don’t even feel it there. I think this is a pretty solid choice for someone looking to step their foot into this space. I do wish they could track heart rate more often but it’s not that big of a deal either. Over all pretty good for the price I paid!

This ring was easy to set up and is exactly what I was looking for! So many rings with so many functions but all I wanted was simply 4 things, pulse ox, HR, blood pressure and sleep. If you are looking for simply these 4 things this is the ring for you! Is it exactly correct, maybe not medical grade but absolutely something to help trend the important things. This is piece of mind, easily install and looks nice. Charged fast and so far battery seems to be lasting a good long time.

I can’t say I would recommend this ring. The battery life is not long enough to be very usable. I get less than one day. Secondly, it doesn’t automatically take readings, so you are forced to use the app and make it check. I was hoping it would read oxygen levels at night, but it doesn’t, unless I were to wake up every 10 minutes and push the button on the app. Of course, that won’t work.That said, it COULD be very good if they make a few improvements. It’s just not there yet.

I have been wanting something to track my sleep patterns forever. I just couldn't sleep with something bulky on my wrist. I decided to give this ring a try and I have not taken it off except to charge. It comes with this handy little case thats also a charger so you can charge on the go. Battery lasts for days as long as you don't have constant monitoring on. And the best part? I can finally comfortably track my sleep cycles. It's so interesting to see how stress or staying up too late affects it. There's an exercise section that will track your workout and monitor your heart rate. I have not tried to use it for other things like picture taking or page turning or phone controls. But they're options which is neat. Overall. Happy with my ring. Oh, there's no subscription with is perfect.

This is so much better than wearing a watch all the time. I wear this primarily on my ring finger and still get good readings from it. Must download an app that’s easy to I steal and connect via Bluetooth. Love that this is waterproof and can wear it al day long and while swimming. Keeps its charge fairly well and love the portability of charging. It has cords you can plug into a wall or this portable charger you can charge on the go small enough to fit into any purse or pocket. Very functional for tracking sleep which was main reason for buying. Overall definitely would recommend
