Simple Setup Steps

Step2
To get started, registeran account, log in, and enable the relevant datatracking in the app.
Step3
Open the app, tap thering icon in the top right,and select your ringmodel. Once connected,you're ready to go! Fordetailed instructions,check the video link.
Step4
Wear the ring with thesensor facing inward on asuitable finger-preferablythe index, middle, or ringfinger-for more accuratedata monitoring.

Does not work as well as I expected. Compared to steps on iPhone the ring does not count near the actual steps. So not sure if the bp and HR are correct.

It is worth it for the price. You have to download an outside app called smart health. Somehow I magically got it to detect my sleep pattern. I've heard people were having trouble with that. I have Samsung health so maybe they connected Somehow
