This device is incredible! It tracks steps, calories, exercise time, distance, gives you heart rate, BLOOD PRESSURE!, OXYGEN SATURATION, HEART RATE VARIABILITY, stress, SLEEP CYCLE PATTERNS (So glad I got one before the tariffs kicked in. ), very pretty ring too. Just a little clunky. The thickness is a Little uncomfortable but it adds to the strength. I'm guessing you could run it over with a car....I've showered with It., washed dishes for 2 hours, Dug in the dirt, used hand cream, spilled olive oil on it, Used pinesol, bleach and other cleaning fluids with it on, and it keeps on working!! Battery life is about 6 days it's true. Only thing negative is that sometimes I have to reconnect The ring by uninstalling and then reinstalling the app....but it only happened once so far... And I've had it for about 2 weeks.

he GANSI Smart Ring is a super stylish way to track your health without wearing a bulky watch. It keeps tabs on heart rate, blood oxygen, blood pressure, and sleep, and the app is pretty easy to use. Plus, it's waterproof (IP68). The tracking seems mostly accurate, though it might not be as precise as a high-end smartwatch. But if you want a sleek, low-key way to monitor your health, this ring is a great pick!

This product sucks! And I missed the return window by 1 day. The battery doesn't last even a full day. It doesn't let you know when it's running low (though the app SAYS there is a low battery notification so you don't even realize it's not recording. I have no clue how they are recording movement because I will wake up in bed open my app and watch it add 200 steps to my count when I haven't barely moved an inch. Yet at the end of the day after walking the entire perimeter of the mall both floors i only have 2,000 steps - yeah right! If doensnt automatically track your BP, O2 or Stress level. You have to manually push a "button" for it to record. The instructions speak about a temperature guage but it's nowhere to be found and the app itself has the lightest gray writing on a white background so you can't see the time and date of records (and of course you can't pinch to zoom either) and it won't go into dark mode even though that is my phones basic setting. The ring itself is nice and true to size but without proper functiiballity and a working app it's an expensive piece of useless costume jewelry. Do NOT recommend! If i could give zero stars i would.

I’ve been looking for a fitness ring for a while, and for the price, this one is awesome! It tracks my heart rate, sleep, steps, and more, and I love that there's a feature so I can also keep an eye on my family’s health (though I don't use this yet). The battery lasts for days, and I don’t have to worry about taking it off in the shower since it’s waterproof. It’s really comfortable to wear, and the app is super easy to use with no hidden fees. Overall, it’s a great deal for a fitness tracker that does it all!

Have had this ring for a few weeks now and I use it daily. I keep it on for sleep tracking and it does a good job with allowing me to know how terribly I normally sleep. It has allowed me to attempt to make some adjustments in how I sleep to try to correct this as well.The ring is comfortable and I love the spinning look of it. Keeps me entertained when I'm bored and have nothing to do. I think this is pretty good and would suggest it for most people that don't have a smart watch or want something more compact for sleep tracking.

If you have small hands & fingers, this ring is not for you. It’s big & bulky & uncomfortable to wear. It comes with a charging case, however, there is no charging cable for that case. You have to purchase that separately. I will most likely be returning this ring as it’s too uncomfortable to wear..

I love the look and functions of the ring, but has a very short battery life. Can't go more than 36 hours.Update: After only a couple months the stones are falling out of the ring. I am very careful with my ring, but the stones are still falling out. I would buy a different ring knowing what I know now.
