I haven’t had the chance to use the ring yet, so I can’t speak to its performance firsthand. That said, I’ve done a lot of research and chose this one based on its features, design, and positive feedback from others. The specs are impressive, and the concept of having health and activity tracking in such a sleek, wearable form is exactly what I was looking for. I’ll be sure to update this review once I’ve had some time to test it out!

I'm using this a few days and I'm pleasantly surprised. I eat and I can see my blood sugar spike so it is doing something, the heart rate , sleep counter, step counter and spo2 are probably the most accurate. I don't think any device this size can even do blood pressure so probably a gimmick. And blood sugar I'm still resting but seems like it's doing some measurements. I had issue with registering a username for the app so I'm using it without logging in prob since my phone is old. I'm still amazed at how much tech they have put in a tiny ring.

Looks pretty similar to other smart rings out there, but it does a great job tracking steps, heart rate, and blood pressure accurately.

Cool ring, does what its supposed to but sadly I ordered a 7 and it fits more like a 6 so it's unusable to me.

Three days in and this ring is promising. It does a good job of tracking my steps, sleep, and BP. The app is very easy to navigate. It’s a great alternative to when I want to not wear my smart watch. Very happy with my purchase and the price.

The characteristics of this smart ring have me excited. I downloaded the app, followed the easy instructions, and put it on. I've been wearing it everywhere since I bought it, testing out the functions while walking, riding my bike, running on the treadmill, and more. I even tested it in the water while swimming. I really like its simple and clean style, and the handy charging case that comes with it. Additionally, I appreciate that it maintains a charge for a long time. For me, this was a wise purchase.

This little ring does much more than I ever thought it would. I got it to track my heartbeat. As I have AFIB so I need to monitor heartrate but it does way more bp. Oxygen sleep steps and probably more things I haven’t figured out yet. It is great if you want to track your health.
