I love this ring. It definitely does all of the tracking and provides you with all the information that you want to know. It is very durable and easy to figure out when setting up with the app. It is a great job at tracking my sleep and it looks just like any other high-end ring! Definitely a great purchase!

This ring is everything I wanted it to be. It makes me be more attentive to how many steps I’m getting in, trying new ideas to get better quality of sleep and overall striving to be more healthy. This smart ring is very neat and also powerful. The battery last long (consider how small the footprint it is), and kinda accurate compare to my apple watch. Will be a good gift for people who doesn't like cubersome watch/devices for health tracking.

The ring is easy to set up, it's light and comfortable to wear. It comes with a noce app which does not need you to pay a sub fee to store your data. The battery life is really good and the charger works great. The ring’s fitness tracking capabilities are great, especially for monitoring the night's sleep. This is a good addition to my Apple watch.

I was suggested by social media of this health tracker, and I wasn’t sure how useful could a ring really be? After trying it out for a few days, I like it. Not only does it look stylish on my hand, but it also tracks my heart rate during my hippop class. It fits on my index finger and won't loose. At night, it monitors my sleep, and I get a detailed report every morning. It’s helped me understand why I used to feel so tired during the day. Plus, the battery lasts a long time, so I don’t have to charge it often.
