We received the item and gave it to our kids as a Christmas gift. Our kids love the magnetic tiles and this set is really cool with the marbles that the kids can watch run down the tracks. In general, the set is really good, however, our set was missing two of the main tiles (the ones that connect the slides and tunnels). The package insert says it has 30 of them, our package only had 28. We realized this when we tried to follow some of the suggested builds. Many of them require 30 of those tiles to build. So we couldn't finish building any of the suggested tracks. I emailed customer service on Christmas Day and it is now January 5 (11 days later) but have not received any reply. I gave it two stars because the toy is good, but with missing parts and no response from the company, I couldn't give it a higher rating.

this is actually a 100 piece set, with 60 odd ends (miniature figurines, spinners, flags etc., that I can go without). I tell you that in case you are comparing sets based on cost per piece. Otherwise its a comparable set, I would just prefer one with more usable pieces. My 3yo loved it but cannot manage the connections by self.

I ordered this toy and it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. My child loves playing with it and the quality is excellent. I will definitely be buying more toys from this seller in the future. Highly recommend!

My four year old, my wife, and I all have built some pretty impressive runs that were ultimately ruined by my two year old terror. It can be a bit defeating to have someone mess up something you have been working on for so long, but that's not on this toy.The only "con" I would give is it would be good for there to be an example about how to use some/all of the individual pieces for younger builders. There are pictures of some buildings, but they do not show how the specific pieces are or could be used. There are some pieces that need to be put together in a specific way to have any form of utility. But once I showed my four year old some ways to use them, he was, is, and has been off to the races with building with this set every day since we received it.Recommended.

I was hoping this would come with a model instruction for my kids to build on their own. Well, it does have one example instruction called simple steps. It’s a 6 step instruction where each step has about 6-8 new pieces to be included and you can’t see the angles of the model since the pictures don’t do justice to actually show the exact piece you need in certain areas. Anyway, my kids quit the game. I came to help and eventually needed a break from it. It is such a cool toy with so much potential but the instructions could be so much better. If it will cost so much to add an actual book with instructions like legos for example have, at least offer a link, QR code or similar for convenience.
