This is well-suited for my Yamaha DD-65 electronic drum kit and gives me a convenient place to keep my sticks. I'm no pro, so I can't really give the finer points on how well this will hold up in the long run. However, it's much better than trying to find some other tray or table to put the kit on.It's easy to assemble and adjust to a comfortable height and keeps the unit stable. I can understand how it might not be strong or stable enough for a more experienced and more vigorous player, but it is ideal for a beginner like myself. It's a good deal in comparison to a similar snare stand I have.

Great build quality on this snare drum holder, easily fits the snare drum. A great price for the stand, drumstick bag, seen many of the same quality for much more. The height is adjustable and moveable, rubber feet for stability. Great for practice pad or snare drum.

Good quality snare stand. Can hold heavyweight snare drum. Good for beginners to professionals. Height can be adjusted easily. Stick holder is sturdy and can hold multiple drum sticks comfortably

The build quality is not adequate for gigging. However, it is likely perfect for my intended use.After many decades, I am going to return to practicing drums. The reason is that there are now affordable digital drum sets which should somewhat function like what I am used to and are silent so I will not drive my wife nuts.These digital sets put the snare drum on a plastic extension arm hanging off a plastic frame assembly. I think this system is adequate for the cymbals and toms, but not the snare. So I intend to support the snare drum pad on a separate stand. And this stand is perfect for that application.At least, that is what I think.

I've ordered several budget / beginner drum hardware stands in the last two years, and most of them (including this) share similar traits, namely:1) weak points where the wing nuts are2) snare stands are smaller (not as tall) as pro stands3) if you don't need to adjust it or move it around a lot, and won't be rough with it, it should serve you well for a decent whileThe stick bag is a nice little bonus here, though I'm seeing that offered more and more. It's a decent little stand, especially for a younger beginner.
