We were away for a ski vacation. The homeowner had this and it was so incredible I bought 2! It removes snow and ice! Awesome product! I’m only 5’5” and I can get all of the snow off the roof of my Tahoe and my husbands Ram truck.

We absolutely love Snow Joes and have used them for years. We were disappointed that one of the pair that we received was broken. We had already used the working one and therefore didn’t want to return the set, but we only have one usable one. Otherwise, I would give them a 5 star rating for sure!

Bought a two pack of these and one of them broke after its first use. The arms won’t tighten and just fall loosely. Can’t extend either since it won’t tighten. Extremely poorly made.

I've owned a snow joe for a couple years now and it's been great so I thought I'd get the two-pack to give to family members, but BOTH of them had defective scrapers that won't attach to the poles. One of them was still on the pole, but fell off as I took it out of the box and the other was at the bottom of the box. The scrapers are pressed onto a bushing that threads on the pole, but the scraper is split so the bushing has nothing to press into. I'm really disappointed in the quality. If these can't hold together immediately after assembly, how they can possibly withstand scraping ice from a windshield?
