This product was not in the best shape, I put it together, everything went good putting it together and the metal piece was completely bent. I can’t even close the doors correctly

This went together quickly and was easy to build. If your dog is smart, they may be able to escape on their own though. The latch system can be easily undone by a dog or toddler. We added a bar across the front to keep the door secured.

Yo this is less than $50 and does a solid job . I have a pug he fits in perfectly if your dogs any bigger I wouldn’t recommend but for my size dog it’s been great . Stairs are a cute little add in as well . I moved the Matt that it comes with to the inside and use the upper leave for his food and water . It would be better if it came with a bit more grip support as the wood is a little slippery for him at times but apart from that definitely worth buying ! Takes about a week to arrive which was a little annoying but good value, super easy to put together, comes super well packaged like a was literally shook at how well of a job they did
