This is a soft, small recovery collar. It would best be used for a cat or small dog. Would recommend.

The width was way too small. My fur baby could still lick and get to his wounds. As well as him being so small, it just didn’t adjust to his smaller neck.

This Vogano Soft Cat Cone Collar is soft and works better than plastic cones. It is well made.It's easy to put on and take off as well.It won’t bother my cat to move around and eat.

I ordered this e-collar because our rescue has an ongoing need, especially for kittens and young cats who are being spayed and neutered. We also prefer collars with Velcro closures. This seemed to tick all the boxes.When it arrived, though, I was struck by how narrow the collar is--to where a larger cat (as opposed to a kitten( can probably just reach over it and access an incision. And yet the circumference of the neckline is really wide, even with the Velcro on its tightest setting, and any kitten or small cat can probably extricate himself or herself with little effort. So I'm not sure what size cat this has been designed for. I've reviewed a lot of e-collars and the proportions on this one are a first, in my experience.That said, it's well made. But I can't recommend it if it's not going to work for an average sized cat or kitten.

I think these are important to have on hand - just incase your pet needs one. The plastic cones that are typically used can really depress your pet. These are way more comfortable and will keep your pet happier. Though, they do allow for more access - so keep that in mind.
