I am now able to run my old 92 dual therm with my Yamaha inverter generator where I couldn’t before. Works well assuming you can figure out how to install it due to the lack of provided instructions or accessible instructions. The QR code lead you to a protected Google doc that you can’t look at that being said it was relatively simple to install.

This makes a rv ac start smooth as butter. Couldn't believe it really. My predator 3500 can start both ac's no problem, but can't run them both continuously because they combine to about 3200 running watts. A 15amp plug-in can easily start and run my 2nd ac which is a 13.5K unit. I can't speak to longevity of the unit but it's easy to install once I was able to contact the seller to get the specific instructions, and once installed it does a ridiculous job and lowering the start surge amperage. Worth every penny.

This will be installed to allow our RVs A/C to start easier while on shore power or the 4000 watt on board generator. Especially if other appliances are being used at the time. Also at RV resorts in times of high power use.I might see if our 2000 watt gennie can run the A/C. But since the soft start recommends a 2200 watt unit, I may be pressing my luck.

I couldn’t believe it either, but this little gadget makes my RV A/C start-up smooth as a summer breeze! Seriously, it's like my A/C's been taking yoga classes—zen, calm, and no more angry surges. My little 3200 watt generator would not start the AC in my camper. Now, it fires it up like a champ.Installation was a breeze, too. "Will it start?" to "It's already cool in here, where have you been?"I can’t say much about longevity yet, but based on the ridiculous job it’s doing reducing that start surge amperage, I’m betting it’s going to be around for a while. Totally worth it. It’s like buying peace of mind for your A/C.
