This is a lie .. without a shadow of a doubt it is NOT even close to 12ft. Don't even stretch that long..SMH

It's a lot shorter than expected. The length listed is when it's fully stretched out, which of course, we dont usually use a phone cord completely stretched out.I did not remove an stars for length, as I think I should've expected that.I AM giving a lower rating because it just didnt last. It still works but we are right back to having to wiggle the cord when using the phone otherwise we get static.I would not buy this brand again.

Good product, especially for the low cost. The handset cords that come with new phones are always pitifully short so I’m glad I was able to buy a longer cord and receive it at the same time as I received the phone.

A substantial and well-made cord, pretty short when not fully extended, so it's easy to move out of the way on my desk; doesn't get tangled, does its job without any drama. Isn't that what we all need from every little thing in our lives?

While I purchased this cord for its extended length (in comparison to my existing cord), I was pleasantly surprised that it seems to be made of an improved material as well. This cord feels more pliable than my old one. It installed easily and the cord tolerated some "straightening" near one of the connectors that was required by my particular phone. If I need another phone cord, I'll buy another of these.
