This vibration plate does exactly what it’s supposed to and feels like it’s made from solid materials. Just a heads-up though, a lot of what’s in the description and included paperwork is more marketing talk than anything. If you’re looking for real results, you’ll definitely want to use it alongside actual workout moves. Just standing on it won’t give you much benefit on its own. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by the instructions, they’re not perfect, but definitely better than what I’ve seen with similar products. Also, the suction cups on the bottom are no joke. Once it’s in place, it stays put, especially if you’ve got it on a solid surface.

I've come to really like these vibration plate machines. I used one at a friend's, and I like it a lot. I was happy to come across this, hoping it would be as good. It is very good. The only thing, and this might be my floor rather than the machine, is that this moves around a little more than I want. I think I'm going to solve that by getting a rubber mat and I should be fine after that. This has a nice range of settings. Not very noisy. Nice adjustability.

This is a very easy to use, functional, and compact option for a vibration plate. The value for the money is excellent and I feel like I'm getting all of the benefits of a vibration plate from an also easy to store device. The remote control makes for easy use and makes switching between settings a breeze. The added arm bands are also great for additional working out. Very happy with this!

I was excited to try the SogesGame Vibration Plate Exercise Machine, but unfortunately, I haven't seen the benefits I was hoping for. The vibration feature, which was the main selling point for me, doesn't seem to be as effective as I thought it would be. That being said, the machine is sturdy and easy to use, but I'm not convinced it's worth the investment for weight loss or fat burning purposes.

I'm not sure what it's exactly supposed to do but it seems to help relieve some pain in my lower back and helps my whole body feel relaxed after a good exercise. It's built well and has suction cups underneath to help keep it in place. you can adjust the duration and the vibration intensity as well.

This is a well-made Vibration Plate device with a variety of settings. The quality is obvious. It is not cheaply made. It is a vibration plate so there is a bit of noise, but not enough to have to turn the volume up on the TV, and not enough to annoy others in the home. Lol. I'm excited to see how well it works long term.

I had heard a lot of great things about working with vibration plates but had never tried one. So far, I'm really enjoying it. The unit has several built-in presets (I can't tell the difference between them) and manual speeds from 1 to 99 (pretty fast). I've been happy with the default but may go to a higher speed as I get more used to it. The unit is all plastic, but seems sturdy enough and it's comfortable to stand on even in bare feet. The plate is big enough for me to put both feet on, but my toes hang off. Bigger people might need to look elsewhere, Overall, I'm very happy with this unit.
