This is working great so far after a couple weeks. It wasn't working today and when I checked the sensor outside, the wind had blown it pointing up. It would be great if there was a way to make the pivot point on the mount lock down better to prevent that.

Ich darf diese Bewegungsmelder im Rahmen eines Vine Produkttests ausprobieren. Ich habe sie zu diesem Zweck kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen, was meine Rezension jedoch nicht beeinflusst.Die Idee ist einfach genial! Wie bemerkt man, wenn einfach jemand aufs Grundstück latscht, ohne zu klingeln? Normalerweise eben gar nicht!Mit diesem System wird man auf ungefragtes Betreten aufmerksam gemacht, auch wenn derjenige das vielleicht nicht möchte. Und das, ohne dass derjenige mitbekommt.Und das Beste: Man benötigt keine Kabel oder Stromquellen, die im Zweifelsfall an Ort und Stelle sowieso nicht vorhanden sind.Die Anbringung ist einfach, da gibt es keine bösen Überraschungen. Man sollte natürlich darauf achten, dass die Sensoren, bzw. das Solarfeld, in Richtung Süden ausgerichtet sind, ohne dass Hindernisse im Weg sind, damit sie genug Sonne oder zumindest Tageslicht abbekommen.Die Sensoren funktionieren wie erwartet, der Empfänger hat bei uns keinen sehr großen Abstand zu den Sensoren und nur eine Wand dazwischen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

I love not needing to replace the old 9vdc batteries. This solar unit works extremely well. The additional choices for an alarm tone are cute, but really not necessary.

One of the last motion-activated driveway alarms would not always trip. This one, so far, has had a good range and coverage. As it is mostly sunny in the area this alarm has been staying charged. As we are fairly wooded, the distance/range is tough. Although it indicates 300m, I couldn't get it to 250 feet. I moved the receiver down closer, but I do not always hear it go off. But, that is more on our wooded location. The alarm appears well made, and reliable!

I like this to give the heads up when someone is on the property. I wish that the notifications were a bit standard as opposed to the musical selections it plays. What about a general beeping? Or alarm? The range is good on it and the solar panel keeps it charged.
