The device looks like a little bat head with these glowing red LED eyes that flash when it senses something. It’s made of hard plastic, feels sturdy and has a solar panel on top to keep it powered. I like that it’s solar powered; it’s one less thing to worry about with batteries or cords. We hung ours on the fence near the garbage bins, about level with the lids, since that’s where the animals tend to rummage. I like that I can hang it where I need. There is a switch on the back to turn it on or off. In terms of how it works, the red strobe lights go off when something moves nearby. I wonder if the lights could be a bit brighter or flash faster to spook them more.

I mounted these up around my garden, The creepy red lights come on at night and seem to keep raccoons and other animals away. They even held up well through a couple of rainy nights. But I wish the lights were a bit brighter and the range is little bit wider.

Set this up by the edge of a small garden area where we usually had late-night visitors. The lights turned on without issue after dusk. Didn’t make any sound. Not sure how much of a difference it made at first, but tracks on the ground looked a bit fewer in the morning. I guess it depends on the area and setup. Install was ok once we figured out the angle.

Recently added these to help protect my hens, especially at night when the real threats come around. The lights blink just like predator eyes, which seems to really bother the raccoons and foxes. I love that they charge in the sun and turn on automatically—no timers, no cords. The fact that they work through bad weather is a win too. We've had some rain lately and they’re still going strong. I set them at different heights around the coop so there’s better coverage, and it definitely seems to help.

The LED blink fast enough to be unsettling if you’re an animal, I guess, because we haven’t had any issues since. They turn on right when the sun goes down, no need for timers or remotes. They’ve even survived two straight nights of heavy rain without missing a beat. I like that they’re harmless to the animals, just a deterrent that makes them think twice. Super easy setup and they pretty much take care of themselves once you place them.

I got a small property with chickens, rabbits, and a vegetable garden. Keeping all of that safe from critters like skunks, coyotes, and raccoons is a constant battle. These predator-eye lights have helped more than I thought they would. I mounted them at a few different spots—some on trees, others on posts—and since then, I’ve had way less animal traffic. The red blinking is noticeable but not intrusive, and it seems to send a clear message to the nighttime visitors.

Setup was ridiculously easy. No wiring, no complicated programming. Each repeller is fully solar-powered, so you just stake or mount them in your chosen location and let them charge during the day. The built-in light sensor automatically activates the red LED eyes at dusk and turns them off at dawn, so it’s completely hands-off once installed.

What I liked right away was the simplicity—just press the button and mount it. I’ve got one on a fence post and one on the corner of the shed. The red flashing lights mimic predator eyes, and I haven’t seen any new tracks near the garden since. Plus, no batteries to worry about—just sunlight.
